PRIVACY POLICY
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites.
Any information kept by us, is of course stored on a secure server, and transmitted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL).
ORDER POLICY
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
If a customer places several orders within a short amount of time, Streetammo can not be expected to assemble the orders to one, meaning that you might be charged for shipping twice (or more).
If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay as soon as possible, and you'll have the option to annul the order. This also applies if a single item in an order is out of stock.
Discount codes does not apply to items on sale.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
Unless otherwise noted, Streetammo.com, and all materials on the Streetammo.com, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials, are owned, controlled or licensed by Streetammo.com.
RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise in like new condition within 14 days for a refund.
To return merchandise, request a Return Authorization (RA) number via e-mail (shop@streetammo.com) or phone (619-713-8580).
Costs associated with the return and handling of returned items (shipment, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent prepaid.
There is a two (2) year warranty on all items bought through our online store. This warranty covers manufacturing errors only, not regular wear & tear.
Returned items must be in new condition, and in the original packaging (if any). Any labels/badges and barcodes on the returned items should also be returned. When returning caps, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO SHIP IN A FLAT PACKAGE, as this will cause the product to lose its shape. When returning shoes, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THE SHOE BOX TO BE RUINED. Therefore: Don not put tape or stamps on the shoe box - wrap it in paper or plastic instead. If a ruined shoe box is returned, we reserve the right to not accept the returned item.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2-day, UPS Next Day to US Citizens.
On international shipping we offer UPS Expedite and UPS Express.
When receiving an order from Streetammo.com, your package might undergo a Custom Duty process, before it can be shipped to you. This will result in Tax, VAT and customs fees, that you have to pay before receiving the order.

Shipping price will be calculated at checkout, and will depend on the location of the reciever.
We ship all of our products in protective packaging.
